Who is behind Sanzra

Sanzra is a product of Neutron Systems Limited, C2026062100001, LP#51 Kalimba Drive, New Road, Black Rock, Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago. It is built for the savings circle known by many names: sou-sou, san, susu, partner, pardner, box hand, esusu, ajo, stokvel, tanda, chit fund, hui, tontine. From West Africa and the Caribbean to South Asia, the United Kingdom, North America and beyond, the circle has funded education, homes and businesses for generations. Our job is to give that agreement a clear record and reminders.

How your money moves

Sanzra is not a bank and does not lend. A hand is not a loan and not an investment, and no return is promised on it. Where a licensed settlement partner is enabled in your country, contributions are held in the group account until the round settles, so no member ever holds everyone else’s money. Where no such partner is enabled, members settle among themselves outside the platform, and Sanzra keeps the record, the schedule and the reminders. Funds are not insured by any government deposit guarantee scheme.

What helps a circle keep its promise

An early hand can be backed by a security deposit, and every contribution on time builds a reliability record that follows a member across the whole platform. Where a circle has a fee, part of it goes to a reserve for bank and payment costs; that reserve is not insurance. Payout timing still depends on the other members and on the settlement method the group uses, so a hand is never guaranteed.

How we protect you

Every member verifies their identity, and a profile picture is shown only after it matches that identity, wearing the verified star. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and all traffic in transit; access is role-restricted and audit-logged; significant account actions require step-up verification; files members upload are scanned before they are stored. Biometric data is used only for identity verification and account security, never for advertising, and you can delete your account from Settings, followed by an automated purge of your personal data subject to records we must keep by law. No system is perfectly secure, so we test the platform against its own controls before every release.
